Rates
My hourly rates are $200/hr.
A psychological evaluation requires several hours of service. There is the time spent interviewing and testing the individual. Sometimes if it is helpful, consultations with other important people in the individuals life also takes place. Following this, there is time spent compiling the data and interpreting the results and writing up a comprehensive report. At the end, a separate session to provide feedback on the results will be scheduled. Most psychological evaluations result in a total cost between $1000-$2500 depending on how long it takes.
Payment is expected at the time of initial service, however, if there is a financial hardship some limited payment arrangements can be made.
Insurance
While I do not accept private insurance, I can provide a statement for you to submit to your insurance company as an out of network provider.
For OHP, I am a provider for Administrative Exams at the direction of OHA and OYA.
I also accept Public Defense Payments for my services.
